The form below: where the house is, how many rooms, what is in them, and what you expect each month.

We look at it
We reply within a few days. If it is a fit, we visit, take photos, and agree on the furnishing and the price.

We make it ready
If the room needs a bed, a desk, or Wi-Fi, we sort that out with you before it is listed.

It goes on the site
The room is listed with its own page. We handle inquiries, screening, and the agreement.

Owner questions
Before you send it.
Do I have to furnish the room?
No. Tell us what is in it now. If it needs a bed, a desk, or storage, we work that out with you before the room is listed.
Who finds the person?
We do. The room gets its own page on YouMade.space, we handle the inquiries, run screening, and send the agreement.
Who sets the rent?
You tell us what you expect. We tell you what similar rooms are listing for. The number is agreed before anything goes live.
Can I list more than one room?
Yes. The form lets you add up to six rooms in one go. Each gets its own details.
Is my address published?
No. Listings show the neighborhood. The street is shared with a renter only after they are approved, or when a tour is set.
